Our Mission
The mission of Hospice of the Highland Rim Foundation, Inc. is to provide assistance to hospice patients who are suffering end-of-life hardship.
WHY WE EXIST
Helping Families Focus on What Matters Most
Hospice care provides essential medical and emotional support, but patients and families can still face urgent practical needs that are not covered by traditional benefits or insurance. HHRF helps bridge those gaps so families can focus on comfort, dignity, and time together.

Helping patients and families with urgent food and everyday household needs.

Considering practical needs related to a patient’s comfort, safety, or communication.

Individual Review
Reviewing each request individually based on need and available Foundation resources.

Rooted in the Highland Rim Community
Hospice of the Highland Rim Foundation is a community-supported organization focused on easing hardship for hospice patients and their families.
Through donations, sponsorships, fundraising events, volunteers, and local partnerships, the Foundation is able to respond when families need practical help during an especially difficult time.
